Q: After I sign up, list my credit card details, and buy, how long do I have to download the photo or photos?
A: You only have 15 days. It is best to download the photos as soon as possible and save them. ______________________________________________________
Q: I noticed that the photo I wanted has a milky white image across the centre, it looks like the letters C W. Will this appear on the photo that I download?
A: No. The photo you download will be good quality and ideal for taking to a printer, or printing yourself. The white image in the centre of the display photos, is called a watermark, and is only used to prevent unauthorized copying. ______________________________________________________
Q: What is the price for each photo?
A: The price is $12 Australian. If you are in Australia, the price includes gst. For overseas buyers its just $12 Australian flat rate.

Q: Can I use the search tool once inside a Category?
A: Yes. The site is very friendly. The search tool operates by typing in a ‘key word’ (for example ‘harbour’ if you want photos of the papal boat-a-cade). Most major search words have been covered but NOT all words … so if you don’t get what you are looking for using a search word/s, it is best to go through and look at each page quickly, under the Main Category’ headings.

Q: How do I check to see if me, a friend or member of my family is in a photo?
A: Either click on a Category then view each page. When you finish one page click NEXT and view the next page of photos. Or you can use the select tool in the top left hand corner of the website. It is best to put the location as a key word if you know it. Please note that it is difficult to cover every person who attended World Youth Day (there were over 300,000 pilgrims).
